Premier Outlook announces the appointment of Joanne McGee, Ph. D., as Managing Editor

San Marcos Texas, February 10, 2004 - Premier Outlook, a periodical and online magazine dedicated to educating, informing, and interacting with families, caregivers, and rehabilitation professionals, today announces the appointment of Joanne McGee, Ph.D., as Managing Editor.

According to Mr. Paul Chotkowski, Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of Premier Outlook, “2004 marks our fourth year in circulation and we were looking for a way to take our publication to the next level. Dr. McGee’s addition to the editorial board and her assumption of duties as Managing Editor will be the engine that takes us to that new level.”
