San Marcos, Texas, September 06, 2005 – ResCare Premier, a leading national provider of programs and services for persons with acquired brain injury, announces the appointment of three new program directors.

Ruth Estes, Ph.D., has been named Executive Program Director at ResCare Premier’s Texas programs in and around San Marcos, Texas. Dr. Estes has been with ResCare Premier since its founding by ResCare in 1997 and she has worked in the field of brain injury rehabilitation since 1992. Most recently she has served as ResCare Premier’s Director of Training, Research, Licensing and Accreditation.

Ruth has been both the architect and general contractor for ResCare Premier’s best practices model of treatment and operations management. This proprietary system helps us focus on measuring performance, sharing those things that work best, while at the same time encouraging the creativity and out of the box thinking that is so necessary when working in the field of acquired brain injury,” states Paul Chotkowski, Senior Vice President of ResCare Premier. Jan Frykland, M.A., has been named Executive Program Director at ResCare Premier Downers Grove, Illinois. Prior to joining ResCare Premier, Ms. Frykland served as Senior Vice President of Operations at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. “With her strong background in human services, Ms. Frykland brings with her a wealth of experience,” states Carrie Beatty, ResCare Premier’s Human Resource representative. “She is a dynamic leader who is dedicated to delivering quality services to the individuals we serve.” In her new role as Downers Grove Executive Program Director, Ms. Frykland will manage program outcomes, preserve best practices, develop new service initiatives, advocate for our participants, and maintain the core values and mission of our company.

Staci Bell, RN, has been appointed Program Director at Victorian Acres Premier, Altoona, Iowa. Ms. Bell has been in health care for 15 years and began her career with ResCare Premier in 2003. “I have been the nurse at Victorian Acres Premier for the last two years,” explains Ms. Bell. “In that capacity I have developed relationships with all the participants. My appointment to the position of Program Director will ensure continuity in the rehabilitation treatment process at Victorian Acres Premier.” Ms. Bell moves into her new position with a demonstrated track record. As Program Director, Ms. Bell is charged with the overall direction of Victorian Acres Premier and the implementation and management of each participant’s Outcome Goal Plan.
