ResCare Premier’s Residential Rehabilitation and Supported Living programs in Downers Grove, Illinois is looking for a new Executive Director

Downers Grove, Illinois, March 30, 2005 – Due to our dynamic growth and expansion, ResCare Premier is seeking a qualified rehabilitation professional and seasoned manager to join our team as Executive Director of our Downers Grove, Illinois program.

The Executive Program Director (“EPD”) will operate under the supervision of the Regional Director of Operations and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the programs in Downers Grove, Illinois. The EPD will serve as a member of the ResCare Premier management team, providing leadership and support in planning and achieving both program and company goals. Responsibilities include program planning and development, admissions, marketing and sales, implementation of services, overseeing participant outcomes, serving as liaison with community agencies, families, and guardians, monitoring overall program goals and objectives within budgetary guidelines, securing stockholder outcomes, human resource management and development, and ensuring that the program operates in accordance with ResCare Premier business and personnel guidelines and licensing and accreditation standards.
