ResCare Premier announces the release of a new version of premier-outlook.com

San Marcos, Texas, October 13, 2004 – ResCare Premier, a leading national provider of programs and services for persons with acquired brain injury, today announces that its critically acclaimed magazine Premier Outlook has launched a new and improved version of its website at www.Premier-Outlook.com. Premier Outlook has been published as a public service by ResCare Premier for the last four years and is dedicated to educating, informing, and interacting with families, caregivers and rehabilitation professionals. Current circulation exceeds 35,000 and subscriptions are free to the public.

According to Joanne M. McGee. Ph.D., Managing Editor of Premier Outlook, “We have worked diligently over the last four years to make Premier Outlook an informative, educational and interesting publication. Our efforts have been rewarded with a 40% increase in circulation and yielded a 325% increase in the size of the publication.” Several college class rooms, dozens of support groups, hundreds of hospital resource centers, and thousands of professionals read and apply the plainspoken, functional information contained in each issue of Premier Outlook.

“Premier Outlook’s editorial committee was looking for a way to increase the availability of the publication and to make the information contained therein more accessible to our community,” comments Ms. Beth M. Hearne, Editor Premier Outlook and Director of Marketing and Admissions for ResCare Premier. “The web is an incredible tool which allows us to communicate directly with people who most urgently require access to the articles contained in Premier Outlook, as well as information regarding programs and services provided by ResCare Premier.”

Jeff McAllister, Premier Outlook’s Web Master says it best, “Our new website is awesome. It allows surfers to access every issue online, to download articles or entire issues, and even to run a key word search against our archives for articles of special interest.” Readers can subscribe online or email the editorial or production staff. Additional upgrades are planned for 2005; including, secure access to the site, bulletin boards for posting reader’s questions, comments and information, online Continuing Education Units (“CEU”) seminars, and premium access to ResCare Premier’s proprietary training and educational programs.

ResCare Premier is an in-network provider for many national and regional health insurance companies, Workers’ Compensation insurers, and on a limited basis, will enter into Security and Assignment of Proceeds Agreements.
